2015 GDC Award Winners

On the annual show of the Game Developer’s Choice Awards 2015 the precious title of Game of the Year took home the Monolith Productions’ Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor video game, beating out Alien: Isolation, Bayonetta 2, Destiny, and Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft.

Elsewhere in the awards the biggest winner was Ustwo’s mobile hit Monument Valley with wins in the Innovation, Best Mobile/Handheld and Best Visual Art categories.

• Best Audio: Alien: Isolation
• Best Technology: Destiny
